Mission Statement

The Fordham Prep Fathers’ Club is open to any father or male guardian of a Fordham Prep student. The Fathers’ Club meets monthly during the school year to support its mission: to create bonding opportunities between fathers and sons; to provide support and to provide service to the school.

Among the specific areas of concern are activities to provide mentoring/guidance opportunities for the sons in terms of colleges and careers; to bring a spiritual dimension to our interaction with our sons.
The Fathers' Club always welcomes new members.

"Advent Party": Share Christmas Blessings with the Local Community

Come out and have a wonderful time with the mothers and children living in Concorse House.

Next Meeting

When: November 10, 2009
Topic: Steve Pettus, Dean of Students, will be our speaker.

We will also have Erica Graham of the Mothers' Club at the meeting to speak about a dinner dance for all parents/guardians on Saturday, January 23rd.  I met with Erica and Ivette Parrachini this past week and they want to make this a joint Mothers' Club / Fathers' Club event -- this will mean fathers joining committees and coming up with auction items.

We will also discuss the details for the Advent Party at Concourse house.
